About
Hi, I'm Jody. A yoga instructor, a Reiki Master, and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I am also a wife and a mama to two little boys.
I love to help guide people on their healing journey and use a mix and match approach to best suit my client's needs.
I have worked extensively with adults and youth for the last 20 years to reduce and alleviate anxiety, stress, physical pain, sleep disorders, medications, and substance use.
The effectiveness of adding healing modalities with traditional medical treatments (when needed) is proven. An integrated approach can help return us to a sense of balance, peace of mind, connectedness, and purpose.
I teach group classes, private sessions, and workshops all over Westchester.
